Paanki is the most popular snack of Gujarat. Panki or Paanki is a very thin pancake made out of any of several varieties of flour mixed with curds and lightly spiced with green chillies and ginger. The name of this dish originates from the word paan or leaf, and this delectable snack is actually cooked between two well-greased banana leaves. The leaves impart a special flavour to the pankis. You can try this Panki at Chatar Patar, Vile Parle East, Mumbai #streetfood #mumbaifood #indianstreetfood
