Sybil Ludington is regarded as one of the great heroines of WV. The library in my home town (PA) was named for her. PS Patron in English is pronounced PAY- tron. In Spanish, it's pa-TRON.

Thanks for your PS. That saved the “ grammar nazi” one less correction note. 😇

It’s so nice to meet so many people I never knew about! I’m not going to mention as many pronunciations as I did in the 1840 video because I’m thinking that this was done before you saw my comment. I wish you would “unlearn” “FIG-uh” for “FIG-yur”. The first one isn’t incorrect, it’s just so British and sounds a little stuffy to the American ear. You may get other comments that strongly disagree with me, so you can make that decision. The word “commentaries” did come up twice, and made me grind my teeth at the inconsistencies of the English language. In the 1840 video, so many of the multi syllable words were accented on the second syllable and you were accenting the first. In the case of “commentaries” the accented syllable is the first one and you were accenting the second. So, the word is pronounced “KAHM-un-tare-eez”. The last word I’ll cover in this “torture session” is “violinist”. The root word is pronounced “vai-oh-LIN; so “violinist” is “vai-oh-LIN-ist”. I have some other words on my list, but I don’t want to overwhelm you. I’ll let you “digest” just these, so you can give the needed attention to setting up your new studio.😊❤

Actually I came back from a protest and faced police shelling along with thousands of peaceful protestors and my eyes and nose were just like not properly functional but still to keep youtube going on I had to do the voice overs. I hope after many years someone will write our names in history as those who stood peacefully for the supremacy of their constitution though currently its under the big boots of generals and tyrant military backed by the world powers.....They all say Putin is bad but for their personal benefits they are also supporting lawlessness and dictators as well. As quoted by Hillary Clinton in a tv interview that "countries like *** we deal with deep state (military) elements who are in control" the reason our constitution is weak because embassies of world powers are more stronger than our courts (who act as puppets of military generals) and constitution and they always have a green flag for tyrants of our soil to do anything they want to do because of their own interests. The country from the very beginning is under military control directly most of the time and other times indirectly just to give the world the impression of a fake democracy to fetch some loans from the IMF for their own luxuries. When they retire they move from the country they destroyed to their millions of dollars mansions in Europe they bought from corruption money.... You people can help us and the rest of the world by voting for the right people on your soil not the ones who are in power at the moment. It will make a big difference for us as well... By the knowledge I'm gaining from my research for the channel on how countries evolved and trying to spread awareness in my own personal capacity to tell people how newly born countries became great nations so fast "Rule of law and its equal implications on all citizens regardless of their positions" is the key. I've to share all this so that my Grammar Nazi can understand her student is doing lots of things and if I fail ill leave and move to some peaceful place where being a good citizen is rewarded with equal access to justice and civil rights.😅

The teacher and grammar nazi is very proud of her student and praying for his success and SAFETY. Your spirited reply made me think of some made-for-TV movies that you might like to catch on KZbin that give fairly accurate accounts of the struggle that it took for the USA to become a free and just nation. They are: “George Washington”(1984) - Complete mini-series, “George Washington II The Forging of a Nation “ (1986) and “A More Perfect Union “-America Becomes a Nation (1989). “1776” is also good, but it’s currently on a “buy or rent” basis. They’ll probably make it available for free next summer around the Fourth of July. Since these are all lengthy, you’d probably need to watch in small segments, in order to fully absorb the material and take time to continue your channel. There’s another KZbin channel called “History Oversimplified”. It’s a narrated cartoon that’s a comedic version historical events. I wouldn’t recommend it as the first one you watch, because you need to have the complete version, before you can appreciate the humor in “Oversimplified”. I’m so glad you shared hopes, dreams and deeds with me today. Don’t worry about the vote(s) here; I think the people will make the right choice. If you decide to move to a freer “neighborhood”, Texas would welcome you with open arms; so would 49 other states. Your love of nature would be richly fed; google “Texas Bluebonnets”, for example, my personal favorite. Have you heard about the “mockingbird”? You can google that too, but he has to be heard to be appreciated. I hope, by the time you read this, you’ve gotten some rest from your hectic day, are heartened by the fact that you have the support and gratitude of all your audience and fans. STAY SAFE!!!😊❤
