That is correct. I noticed that too, it is a great quality for a boss to have. I like the language and the way he relays instructions to his personnel, it made me to actually watch to the end, not sure if I watched from the beginning but the moment I heard him speaking, I admired the demeanor in which he relayed the instructions to the professionals, it was a great thing to watch.

Though he is rich and not pride even with its status., While the other guy looks very pride and mean even when he is not the boss , i love Jerry who is gentle , honest and responsible from what we have seen in this video.
