I think both shows were literally fun shows that the members alumni and fans that were there enjoyed. Both shows entertained the halftime audience

I think FAMU needs to get a simple, sub $300 Zoom recorder and place it on the 50 to capture the shows' audio accurately. That would do wonders for the audio experience in some of their videos. How can a panel vote on a sound that they cannot properly hear? In contrast, JSU's audio capture was magnificent , and captured everything they wanted to be showcased sound-wise.

FAMU M100 really doesn't have a media team. Its something they need to strongly consider investing in given their strong School of Journalism

When I was in high school, we traveled to Tally and.were apart of the Homecoming parade & pregame with many other high schools. During the game we (High School Band) sat next to FAMU in the stands The visiting Band would also come and perform. My last year was when Howard used the California Raisins apart of their routine.

The drill was setup to where is was performed to both sides. Home side got the 1887 and the bike, away side got the scooter

FAMU Band recorders are on the side with th press box. They sit there to get a full video of the Band throughout the game.

The J-settes are more acrobatic dancers. They tumble they're way to freedom. I think JSU is better and that's mainly due to they're arrangements. They do have a crisp sound though.

jsu field shows are high schoolish to me. Especially when they do all that extra crap like tigers on the field and kids ( which they did last year too) . It is like a circus.

Famu's field shows are a snooze fest to me. I love their sound but they do not put on good shows to me. They shine in concert settings. That's my opinion.

FAMU just makes shows that pander to their crowd, hence the 1887 with the eternal flame, the scooters and bikes (very prominent on campus bc a lot of people do not have cars), etc. Of course you’re not going to be receptive to it because you’re not associated with FAMU in any type of way.

A&T has one of the best sound and tone qualities and they’ve arguably been consistent with it for years. Jsu has never been consistent with that. You must be new here

In my opinion and please! Nobody take offense! But to me FAMU do not drill. To me they walk to a formation to make a design. They also have a lot of gaps that needs to be filled. IJS! No hard feelings!
