To all of the SCSU 101 haters and/or so-called critics, the fact that U all are on here on KZbin and in other forums like this checking for everything the 101 does blatantly tells us 101 fans that the 101 is obviously doing something right. If the 101 is all of these negative things U all say they are, then none of U should have no need to even be on here commenting about them. So get over it and more importantly, get over yourselves. I can't agree with that because a large majority of FAMU's band walked and followed SCSU back to their band room so those buses were not leaving as quickly as you said.

@Gentleman1911 The sousaphones and percussion instruments do not go on the bus they are transported on a moving truck. The guy who drives the moving truck normally leaves before the buses after a performance. They had to load the instruments on the truck. I'm sorry you must have me mistaken for someone not in the know. Maybe it's just not documented enough but I must believe that if one is a part of a battling section then they actually battle. I mean you can paint it like they don't battle but I remember some honda BTOBs ago in which my section walked right past their tubas because we knew they werent going to battle. What i know comes from personal experience and seeing what I saw. But if you think im assuming its cool

like i said man, im only going on my experience as a former marching tuba player, all i can go on is my experience, for me tho, it would seem that my section didn't want to battle because they would've been a waste of our time. and ive seen clips from when they battled people like grambling, that didn't look like a battling section, or rather having a battling fanfare. if they comfy in their own skin, cool thats them nothing wrong with that.

To those who come here to make comments that just arent worth being made just save yourself the time. As this is my own opinion. I have to say to whoever said SCSU sounds better than FAMU not true! I believe that they are both great bands. Also because a section that sounds well leaves when someone walks up doesnt mean they are afraid to battle. White whales have a very good and unique sound only a few out of all HBCU can do! The SCSU fanfare(s) were good but alittle sloppy though
