Some connection but you have to use transformer Or replace the thermostat to 110V

why are u using 3 out for speed? you can just use 1 out 0 10v and you can controllo= the speed of the fan and with the other out you can controll others fancoils

No, even for fanclois with water. You just need the fan regulation, not 3 speed as a maccanic termostat
