Ryan Marbut water is dipolar and although the hydrogen and oxygen atoms are bonded with hydrogen bond, the bond is not perfect, and this why they can break.

Well, oxygen is diatomic, hence O2. So water is actually 2H²O. So 2 oxygen and 4 hydrogen. A single molecule of water can't form. They always form in pairs.

Is that supposed to be "buck up" or "pucker up?" Because neither work in this context. To "buck up" is to cheer up, give confidence, or otherwise embolden a person to keep doing what they're doing.
