OPENING SCENE The inside of Lock, Shock, and Barrel’s treehouse. They approach the drop tube to Oogie’s lair, dragging a full sack that’s wiggling and leaking muffled threats. SHOCK: “Are you SURE this is Sandy Claws?” LOCK: “Duh, yeah! He’s big, fat, and surrounded by toys.” BARREL: “I thought they were called Fizzy somethings.” They struggle to stuff the sack into the hole, the thing inside getting madder. After a few shoves, the sack falls through the hole, each corner from the pipe shaking out something caustic and vaguely Aussie. In his lair, Oogie rolls a dice against a skeleton tied to a wheel. Boxcars. Oogie laughs in victory. The bag shoots out of the pipe and collides with Oogie and the dice, knocking both back. The bag is slowly coming loose, revealing a Christmas tree-like jester’s lower half. Oogie looks at the re-rolled dice. Snake eyes. He’s furious. Almost as furious as the occupant of the bag, who finally destroys it with an explosion of electricity/confetti/green fog. It’s Mammon, who thinks Oogie kidnapped him. Fight starts. (…I might actually animate this!)

Mammon would win in two seconds, not even a second thought. Oogie Boogie was killed with Jack unraveling ONE THREAD from his body and his bugs being seared in boiling stew. Regardless, this would be asick, but brief fight.

Well Oogie Boogie gets lots of powers if I remember from The Nightmare Before Christmas game, so I think it makes it more fair

@@Cha0tic_Crypt1d Not many that makes him equivalent to A Demon Prince. Mamon is stronger then the likes of Stolas and Alastor, but below Charlie and Lucifer. We all seen how powerful they are

@Cha0tic_Crypt1d That can't entirely be considered canon, as much as I'd like to. But even if we include these powers, Oogie can still be destroyed very easily. In the games you've mentioned, The Pumpkin King for Gamecube, and Oogie's Revenge for PS2, Jack defeats Oogie with an assortment of powers that are mainly animal-based, like the bat a rang, which are literal bats, the frog gun, or the soul robber, which is whip-based. Jack can also attack Oogie with elements like ice and fire with his costumes, aside from just hitting him with raw physical damage. And the only instance that Oogie could get large enough to match Mammon's height when he goes demon mode is if he's surrounded by a land fills worth of trash. Oogie is a burlap sack filled with bugs. One swipe from Mammon's legs, while they're in their demon form or from any sharp object would be more than enough to do him in.

@@shlingusdingus4174 And if we scale off people around Mamon's level its not even close. Alastor killed several angels and was able to hold his own against adam briefly. Stolas is confirmed to be stronger then Alastor. Overall I dont see how Oogie wins this at all.

@thedarknight307 You're right, which was my main point. Oogie doesn't gain a ton of new abilities in either game. (The rest of this is long af, you don't have to read, I'm just clarifying and building off of your point since I've played both games.) In The Pumpkin King, he infests the town with insects and uses large specimens to overpower the townsfolk. But again, those are just bugs. He fights you with a bug machine at the end, but it's easy to counter and frequently breaks down. Now Oogie's revenge, sure. That's where we see some changes to his tactics. In the first boss, you defeat his shadow, which is an alternate form he can use to fight and not take any physical damage to his actual form. This would be useful, but given that he's slow and doesn't attack by himself, this form would only be viable until he gets hit and it's destroyed. Second, his contraptions and minions. Oogie relies heavily off of his own minions, including Lock, Shock, and Barrel to do his bidding and attack for him. But those are children in Halloween costumes. His other minions consist of skeletons, Ghosts, and other minor creatures that can be killed easily, except the Juggernauts of fire and ice, found at Spiral Hill. But still, they would be fodder for the slaughter to Mammon. The only thing that may give him a slight edge in this fight is his machines. But there's one problem. Oogie can't bring his death dungeons with him. And even if he did, some regular metal machinery is not going to stop a raging embodiment of sin. Since his machines aren't augmented with angelic steel, who's to say that they would even hurt Mammon? He'll just regenerate, no matter what hits him. And lastly, his giant form. Oogie would need to already be in this form to last more than five seconds around Mammon. His only strength in this form is that he's huge, nothing else. He can still be injured in any conceivable way, physical, magical, etc etc. Now, I don't know just how big either of their big forms are, but if I had to assume, Mammon might be bigger. And if not, Mammon would still have the advantage here. Mammon has both unholy strength and physical traits that could help slice Oogie to ribbons without breaking a sweat. Both of them are colossal, slow, and strong, and Mammon could easily overpower him.
