Hello Swifty I'm 14 year old I weight 231 lbs, I started doing powerlifting(weightlifting, but it has benchpress, squat, Deadlift) 1 year ago, since I started watching your videos you inspired me to go do exersise, I did many sports, but only sport I liked was powerlifting, I can't thank you enough.
