@squinkque he actually did. Before he passed he celebrated 27 years sober and was a member of a sobriety group known as the Milwaukee Alano Club

I've watched American Movie 2-3 times which is a lot for me. Love that movie. Never saw this when it originally aired because I just wasn't watching Dave on CBS, but this segment is great. I see a couple other people saying Mike passed away. Anybody know what happened to him?

He sadly passed away from cancer less than a year ago. His life seems to have had a positive effect on a lot of people.
