Fans have max RPM ratings and different noise pitch relevant to their blade design. How do you know how many RPM your inverter fans have in order to get a proper replacement? Is it a static pressure or an airflow fan? If your inverter has 2000 RPM fans and you replace them with 1000 RPM fans, sure, it will be quiter, but will the inverter run at the same temperature? Or will it run much hotter? I too thought about replacing my inverter fans, but you need to have a static pressure and airflow meter in order to make sure the replacements are as good... You basically want to get something with a better (quieter) blade design and a quieter bearing hub... But you must not willy nilly go and replace them with whatever... In other words, your mod might work for you, but it is highly not recommended...

When I had a large Beowulf cluster for doing computation physics on instead of cleaning toilets, the server people who built my system said that the very large and noisy fans were designed for high uptime and reliability, whereas the quieter fans they put into laptops are built down to a lesser quality and tended to fail a lot more often, but they were quieter. No idea whether that was BS or not, but I never lost a server cooling fan in seven years of continuous uptime, but I've replaced more than six broken PC fans in the various machines I've had in the last couple of decades of PC/laptop use. And the server room machines were so noisy you needed ear defenders when everything was running..

Man can u please assist me i have a brand new 2kva 12v inverter so when i plug a fridge the fan start yo run non stop even when i plug a t.v it doesn't show clear it has vertical lines 😢 so the inverter is not connected to Ac/Dc at the moment im still waiting for the panels i have ordered so i tested the inverter with 4 batteries in parallel which is 12v without dc/ Ac power what is the problem there can u help please?

When you plug your fridge on your hybrid inverter, the high starting current of ur compressor will trigger the fan to cool the systems thereby making it to run continuously until the systems get cool. High current means heat indirectly, just like when your panels is charging your batteries and you and you are receiving high current from you pv, your fan is supposed to be running as well becos of the heat on the systems.. its a good thing

That big thing you said is a fuse could be a shunt for measuring the current?

Yeah it might be. Although it's an inverter from China. It probably does both 😄
