I'm not sure about how much and how well you know about the showbiz culture of China, but it seems to me that when artistes gain fame and success, false accusations and rumors as well as fanwars will follow unavoidably.
This applies to LunZi as well.
Despite the chaotic fans battle, on 11 January 2019, two of my favorite stars appeared together on stage to receive an award for AOL (which they deserved it!!).
At that night, Denglun took care of Yangzi by holding her arms to ensure she can walk onto the stage in high heels. There's a lot cute interaction too. Denglun flipped the dress tail of Yangzi when he was trying to sit down ; Yangzi's cell received notifications right after Denglun has texted...
But in the eyes of some stans, they just thought Denglun was 'throwing ' himself on Yangzi (I'M SO SPEECHLESS ), and the fanwars seemed reignited and then continued.
A year later, another 11 January.
Yangzi attended the same event by herself, whereas Denglun couldn't join as he was still shotting his first movie at Hangzhou.
And at that night, due the bulky dress and high heels, Yangzi amlost stumbled when she was trying to get onto the stage, and had difficulty to get down as well.
I will not say it is a must for other male costars who she already has worked with (Mr. L and Mr. X were standing next to her) to give her a hand as I understand that some of their fans are quite obsessive either.
BUT it also proves that there is only one man who doesn't afraid of any rumors and accusations, and will just hold her hands and grab her arms no matter when and where-- Denglun.
Our ship is so real.
And time has already told the truth.
I guess, not just we shippers missing Deng lun that night, she must miss him too. So, I have made this video. (heart)
