For spring break, my Sis & I took my 12yo and a friend for a gettaway in the mountains. We stayed in a little Casita. My Sis and I were in a double bed together, not sleeping..but trying. This noise improves my sleep. I’m a light sleeper and I wake up even by soft noise from outside even just footsteps, soft knock, or people talking. Kate not really . Since we was babies in our mothers womb we were use to white noise . That’s what helped us sleep and soothed is . So it’s only normal that now we are still sooth by the sound and have better quality of falling asleep and staying asleep to the sound .
