Thanks for facilitating this dialogue, it’s about time that we Ethiopian start to be aware of the impact our ways have on others. So sad and embarrassing to hear these people experiences, I hope there will be a wide-reaching exploration of ethics and social behavior in Ethiopia and surely programme like this will support to shed light on our biases which hopefully would help us to challenge the things we consider normal and acceptable. Secondly fostering good traits will need to be incorporated within our teaching curriculum, changing undesirable behavior is likely to take time, however by fostering good traits and teaching children and adults alike how they are expected to behave is a good start and undoubtedly we all have a part to play!

It is so positively provoking discussion. The core problem of our society is not addressed well. This is a good start and has to be expanded thoroughly. The so called "professionals" in many fields are just a jock. Teachers, carpenters, masons, ... Even many of the government officials are so low IQs and incompetents. It is so embarrassing to see them discussing in foreign medias. That is what you see in their reflections. Take for instance the city mayor. He had been in many western cities and yet he never tried to apply any of the simple matters in the city affairs. The plan, the public toilets, the street traffic signals, the business add displays on buildings, road cleanness... You mentioned many outstanding painful matters. I hope you will get listeners in the near future and good luck.
