Not far from the place where you were in Fanal, there is a beautiful small lagoon. To bad you didn't see it. Fanal is the most magical place i have ever been. 🥰

As a point of interest, talking does not generally result in loss of breath. Based on personal experience and medical assessment, a Cardio Vascular issue is likely the main contributing factor to loss of breath. As you may know, it is due to poor blood oxygenation. You might consider an Echogram and Stress test to assess your personal heart health😊 Best wishes🙏

Fanal and Faial are correct but they are very different places on Madeira

We weren’t sure at that time 🙉🙈☺️. Michael remembered the names from the map and thought that would be the same place. But there was “Fanal” just at the entrance to the parking ... yeah as he mentioned he needed that break 🤓

One other point of interest, Vascular dilation occurs 20-30 minutes into exercise which provides some relief to shortness of breath symptom. However, this only serves to mask the underlying issue. See you next week!🙏😊
