I tried them inverted and found the brake bite very inconsistent. The way the pressure sensor is positioned means it doesn't always get the same pressure sensation when the pedal is pressed away from the base (as is the case when inverted)

I changed back pretty quickly. Other than that... LC is an awesome addition to the pedal set

Best pedals on the market at this price. Wish I still had mine as the top range v3i i replaced them with are kind of falling apart..... I would rather buy these then deal with fanatec support.

I hope When mine arrives, the brake can be made as solid as possible and the adjustment is done on the wheel. My current brake pedal only moves by 4mm and I am very consistent with it. That foam piece looks like it needs binning.

Brauche dringen Hilfe: habe mir Fanatec CSL Elite VE2 Pedale gakauft. An den Laptop angeschlossen, da kann ich auch alles einstellen. Aber wenn ich die an die Wheelbase (Pro) anschließe, kommt gar nichts. Was mache ich falsch?

at 3:09 the little O shaped plastic bit that goes inside that last washer fell off and now will not stay in place. i literally just got these today and out of the box it was like that. im incredibly dissapointed because theres no way im taking this all apart just to go back to 2 pedals. assistance ASAP would be appreciated because support on the website is bad

Everything is in the box to mount the loadcell pedal to the fanatec pedal baseplate. Screws to mount the pedals to your rig are not included. Yes the old brake pedal can be used as either a clutch or accelerator. The spring pressure is slightly more so if you want it as a spare accelerator you can easily swap the spring from the old throttle pedal when you need it.

Re-adjust the BRF setting in the Tuning Menu or in Fanalab - that should be it.

@@DickVanPaiton I did that, it acts like a pentiometer pedal, it's not using pressure it's using how far the pedal is traveling and it's a loadcell.

It should work, but we always recommend keeping firmware up to date.

Hi Isaac, mounting hardware is not supplied with the majority of sim racing equipment, because the manufacturer can't predict the thickness of the surface you plan to mount the device to.

It’s just a stiffness preference, you can adjust the actual force needed to apply full brake in the wheel base settings

Don't know where you live, but the bundle is 600 dollars. I bought the G29 for 200 like 3 years ago, but last I checked they were around the same price.

They connect to the back of a Fanatec wheel base (RJ12 cable), and the wheel base connects to the console (USB cable). It's not possible to connect the pedals directly to a console (but is possible on PC).

Hi Victor, as with all high performance pedals, this product was designed to be hard-mounted to a sim racing chassis or at least a 'wheel stand' or similar product. The effectiveness and realism of a load cell brake relies on the relatively high forces involved, so the pedals must be absolutely secure in order to use them to their full potential.
