I think the sad part about this is that through the entire song it seems like, while the other members are putting a myriad of emotions into it, Yoona is listening to/singing about a word that is absolutely meaningless to her. That, is the sad part.

She then promises to always be good daughter to her mom. So, as (this is the story that most people believe) Yoona was abandoned by her mom when she was still an infant, she never experiences all those things. She doesn't have any memories of mothers love.
