TAEYEON IS MY BOO TBH I think that Taeyeon is actually good in dancing. Her movements, specially in the hips are actually effortlessly "suave". It could be that she doesn't give her all in live performances since she is a main vocalist, therefore, she needs to save enough energy. When you try to watch other videos of her dancing you can say that she's actually pretty good
