Fun note: saffron is used for colour in for example biryani, and it’s not “spicy” at all. You use a pinch in indian desserts like kheer for the mild scent. You only use a like 1/2 teaspoon or a pinch depending on the dish but it does enhance the overall aroma

I miss the episodes where they would talk about things, like unsolved mysteries, creepiest places, etc, those are the ones I go back and watch before I watch the new videos because a lot of the episodes now are about food.
