I've played through and beaten this game 3 times and watched multiple playthroughs on YT. Your playthrough has really been great with helping my depression and anxiety. He never betrayed Dutch's group, he tried to do their favor to kill his ex-boss and he was always nice to Arthur. But most of the group treated him like crap only because he used to be an O'Driscoll and that was just not fair for him.

I’ve gotten all the legendary fish twice and the only ones that gave me trouble were the Elysian pool one and the legendary salmon at lake Isabella. Stick with it! It will get easier.

Simple way, to know if you have caught a legendary fish, they fight much longer than normal fish and you can still use eagle eye when hooked. Also you should be able to see a big wave produced by the legendary when it goes for the bite. Have a nice day! ✌🏻

The trick with fishing is to move the pole from left to right and back when you're reeling the fish in - it will help you pull the fish out waaaay faster

It took the Odriscoll´s killing Kieran for the gang to finally realize he was another van Der Linde member. I´ve always felt like Kieran´s arc was cut short. He had so much potential; always putting work in camp and taking care of the horses. The writers could have taken him from frightened, kidnapped nobody to a fierce, dependable gunslinger of the gang. He was ready with his revolver when Milton and Ross visited the gang in the previous chapter even. 34:37: Kieran got kidnapped shortly after the party that the gang held when Jack returned. The first one to notice his abscence is Mary-Beth actually, but one has to be in camp the next day to have such interaction. 59:27: asks him if he has any last words when he can´t speak freely lol 1:38:00: gotta say that Arthur, Strauss, Javier and Trelawny may be the most odd and unlikely composition for a gang robbery.

That was a hug glitch in the mission with Charles. You missed out on conversations several times because it glitched out. But at least you didn't miss out on Arthur's kiss!

You probably know this by now but in settings you can change from rotate thumb stick to just pushing a button to reel in a fish. Might save you from getting thumb cramp.

Algernons missions are time-consuming. Online maps show you where everything is. You could collect offline. Errand boy may be right but the rewards are worth the grind. He pays very well

I love your chill gameplay That failed execution with the electric chair reminded me of the execution scene in the movie ''The Green Mile'' (If you have never seen this movie... well I highly suggest it to you) That scene in the movie was inspired by a real event (and more precisely the 1st execution made using an electric chair) it was the 6th of August 1890. William Kemmler santenced to death for the murder of his wife with an axe was the first man to be executed with this new method. He was brought to the chair the morning of the 6th of august in front of 17 witnesses. He said to the executionner "Take it easy and do it properly, I'm in no hurry." As it was a new execution method, it was calculated that 1000 volts would be enough to kill the man. And so he has received 1000 volts for 17 seconds... however that wasn't enough ane the doctor who was there to confirm the death said he was still alive. The next step is a bit hardcore so if you are a bit sensitive don't read it. For the second attempt the power was doubled. And it was so intense that the blood vessels under his skin ruptured and bled, and some witnesses claimed his body caught fire. Autopsy revealed that the blood vessels under the cap of his skull had carbonized and the top of the brain had hardened. Apparently a strong smell of burnt flesh started invading room. Some people claimed that the smell remained for weeks after the execution. Don't ask me how I know that tho 😅😂

Heyo, I've just started your series, not sure if you've already figured it out, but I do have only one tip to give you about the combat. When you are aiming, you can see a big ring around your circle crosshair, that gradually gets smaller as you hold the aim. Basically, when you choose to shot, the bullet will go anywhere in that bigger ring, it won't always go to your circle, where you point at. If you aim and wait for 1-2 seconds the ring will get as small as it can (it depends on the weapon, a shotgun will have much less accuracy/ much bigger circle than a rifle for example) and for accurate weapons such as revolvers or rifles, the ring/error will get as small as the circle/crosshair so your shots will always go where you want them to. Also, after you shoot once, if your aim/circle/crosshair is grayed out, and not white, this means that the next time you press the fire button, it will not actually fire, but it will load another bullet in the chamber. When you shoot an enemy, if the hit indicator is white, it indicates a hit, if it is red, indicates a killshot, if it is dark red, usually means a bleedout - opponent is not dead but will not shoot anymore either and he will usually just stumble around, fall on the ground and bleed out. These are my favorite mechanics when it comes to combat in RDR2, so immersive, realistic and unique.

Cant see how anyone, that loves the game, would want to rush you. Btw, after the party where Kieran got real drunk, he is not seen again. The next few days you can hear Mary Beth asking around, if anyone has seen him. Also, best thing I ever learned was how to switch my fish reeling to just hold the button down. The original way ruined fishing for me, especially the gars.
