Phew. Finally. Chara was able to erase the world. Boyfriend was preventing chara from fixing everything. ERASE is basically a more permanent version of True Reset. Because it creates a new timeline.

I think chara is stronger than an omnipotent god because we as a player are technically one in their world and Chara defeated us so I think the answer to your question is yes
