IMPORTANT: Even it's a great video, this list is outdated! - You can purchase Goth Annie in the Store (Bundles > Digital Collectors Pack) so it's getting less rare. - All World Cup Skins were available during football world cup 2014 so they're less rare now. - Riot Skins were available summer 2014 (Comment if you have any more)

Most of the harrowing skins probably made a come back as well, and the ones for the Winter Olympics. To me King Rammus, and Pax Twisted Fate are the most rare cause I never see those. Ever. Only saw King rammus once.

Garena LoL gave us a Nasus hero and Riot K-9 Nasus for free after August 10 2013 Rampage 2013 fiasco in the Philippines. There's so many people who didn't have the chance to attend so they gave us these two for compensation. So it's no longer a rare skin for us.

The champion ship Riven skin does not include the summoner icon, you got the icon from the league of legends stream(as far as i know). i bought the Skin and did not receive the icon, i sent a message to riot asking if it just got wrong but later sent back the sad news that the icon was not included.

Somehow I feel like Rusty Blitzcrank is the rarest skin now. I have never seen him before not even on a stream or on a video where I was not specifically looking for him. And know that Riot lets us purchase legacy skins and Pax TF and Silver Kayle are available on various websites they are not that rare anymore.

Riot's giving out "compensation" in the form of special summoner icons and a "vintage" loading screen, in addition to a full refund for the skin (so basically, since they got it first, now they have it for free). Honestly, not bad imo.

You made a mistake on rank 18 (Championship Riven). The Summoner Icon was NOT included with the skin. You could receive the Icon by entering a code that was shown during the tournament (pretty much at the end) into a website (which they crashed for hours after the event). Still just glad I bought the Championship Riven skin back then, it just looks gorgeous.
