Im not trying to be rude but it feels off, cause they barely reacted to him before showing his victims which would be better suited for the end, and feels to rushed and just tried to show the most shocking things first but thats what kills the suspense and entertainment. If you started off slowly and one step at a time, it would be a lot better. For example, show who he is, then get into what organization he is in, then his position/power and then his crimes and victims. Maybe some info on his world, but that is just extra.
