CC's design is actually canon. I feel like in the bite of 83 where his head is bitten off his skin would be peeled off and slowly rotting. They did take him to the hospital so the hospital gown makes sense which is a common mistake made by most gacha reaction videos because enity's cannot change out of the clothes they wore when they died great work!
