As it was explained by the creator of the shaggy mod, shaggy needs power to keep control his power, meaning he can only go as high as 50% without loosing control. So to control his power, he needs and equal amount of the power he wants to use.

Honestly this was a really good reaction video, its better than most of the stuff ive seen out there. I really wish there was more at 18:33 to the end of the video, mainly because you just missed out on the guitar hero part. It kinda felt cheep that the reaction basicly stopped on the Sunday mod on the final song, that was kinda suppost to be the main event and yoy went lazy on it. But besides that the other 18 minutes of the video were fabulous.
