EXACTLY focalors is the embodiment of her divinity, she has no humanity in her left since her humanity is quite literally furina. she gave her a hard task, but it was the only way to save fontaine. furina herself says that she's glad her suffering paid off and that the people of fontaine is saved. focalors cursed furina to have an eternal life, but she had no other choice. furina is basically an extension of herself. she let 'herself', or her human counterpart suffer so that innocent lives would be saved. and let's also not forget focalors was trapped inside the oratrice overseeing trials and was the one who was executed in the end. focalor states that furina is the person she had always longed to be, and even thanked her at the end, and told her to live a happy life for the both of them. focalor isn't cruel, she loves the people of fontaine and sacrificed her life to save them. furina also wouldn't exist if focalors hadn't created the plan.

even without her humanity she still feels pride in her human counterpart and guilty for the burden she entrusted onto Furina knowing the toll it would have on her psyche. I love the writing for fontaine so much

Dragon Sovereigns are said to be more strong than archons and nibelung king of dragons is said to went into space got stronger and still lost against Celestia and Hp. Honestly archons are planetary, dragon sovereigns are higher, celestia, Hp are said to be descenders so universal ??? and Hexenzircel are said to be strong as gods so also planetary along with the top ranked fatui harbingers. Sinners are said to be transcendant beings and Dainslief is stronger than Lumine so maybe he too should be on the scale. At this point, im just counting everyone except Celestia, Hp and Descenders as planetary level if they reach god lvl strength.
