I like that Hannibal and Douma think it's sick that Atsushi's parents ate his body parts. They both eat people, but at the same time they both have certain principles and views, and neither of them would eat a small defenseless child. Hannibal only eats rude people, those who he thinks deserve to be eaten. Douma eats adult women, killing them immediately. Even though they are not good people (demons in Douma's case) they have morals and are familiar with compassion and kindness
