I was at a convention for Robert Beltran and he talked about a song that the cast did called "Mr Tuvok" sung to "Mr Sandman (1954)", if I ever get to talk to Tim Russ I will be asking him about it.

Although I like Tim as an actor, I feel like he could have been a brilliant scientist or inventor. He almost always looks like he's thinking about multiple things at once.

Tim Russ always looks to the stars, quite literally, as a member of the Los Angeles Astronomical society, an amateur astronomer, along with his collection of telescopes.

He looks shrivelled up and worn out. Detached almost. Why didn't he explain that he was retrospectively inserted into TUC via the VOY episode Flashback? Very odd interview.

even healthy at 66 can be pretty sickly compared to a 25 year old. best not to judge and call it out unless you know something is actually wrong with him, it's not caring its rude.
