Reliquary videos take me back! And what an adorable little guardian this is! lol. To say the least, I'm not sure he'd be able to ward me off unless there were some solid legends about curses associated with him, so the talisman aspect makes sense to me. His dimensions are so interesting to me. Very solid in the limbs, but a long and narrow torso... I wonder why. Maybe the idea is that he'll make use of his powerful limbs if he has to (warning), but has transcended human frailties like hunger. After today's workout, he's welcome to teach me his ways, lol. 😅 And their "reanimation" ceremony sounds intriguing. I wouldn't mind seeing a raffia in action.
