I signed up after your first video. Have been really liking the subscription. I don't personally like the Omni format. I like sitting down for 30 minutes and getting through a story. I also upgraded for the bonuses and haven't received the product, so I'm also worried about that.

I talked to support and they said that it was going to be sent out soon not sure how trustworthy it is but yeah

Yo same I signed up after his video and also didn’t receive the gifts. But I reached out to support and they said they would be sending with my next packages so I feel good that they acknowledged the issue quickly and hoping it’s just an honest delay.

@@Swamp-Bat Yeah he did an updated video where he talked about possibly dropping the subscription and not recommending it. I still like the books, but I am starting to get double dipped a bunch... hoping to get to some stuff soon that I don't have.

Last month I asked about the posters, because the invoice and my profile say they already sent them to me but I never received any of the gifts (including the tin mug in this last shipment), and they replied that they don't have the posters, that when they have them in stock they will send them to me. Apart from that the product seems to be of very good quality so far, I hope it stays that way and that at some point they start sending the oversized volumes corresponding to the Premium subscription, I'm curious about those.

My main reason for going this route instead of getting the Omnis, is because the readability in smaller format is so much better. Tho from an art perspective, the omnis are hands down better. So far I’ve been able to finish reading each book as they’re delivered each month, where an omnibus takes me much longer to complete reading, and I enjoy the feeling of finishing multiple small books in a month over one omnibus. Additionally as an avid reader and busy person/parent, I end up having to read whenever and wherever I can, so the smaller format is much easier to take around town and read without drawing weird looks the way opening an omnibus in public seems to do.

I've been subscribed since the start as well, and I'm worried that something similar will happen to what happened with this set in the UK; where it gets canceled partway through, and those who'd been subscribed are left with an incomplete set.

I got the books after your video. I also haven’t had the bonuses but I contacted support and they seemed to think it would come in dispatch four. Hopefully that will be the case. Seems like the issue is in the UK and US though.

I think I'm going to drop my subscription. Paying $50 for Hush in two small HC is insane when the current Deluxe can be had for about $30-$35.

I've been getting this too but with all the issues I am rapidly losing faith in it. I wrote and told them so to no response. I love this idea, but I'm considering dropping it and dropping it soon.

That is news to me when I got my box I asked them about it myself and they simply told me they were out of stock and would send them when they get back in stock, I wonder which story is the truth?

I too signed up after your 1st video. To me I am not a huge Batman Fan, but I subscribed to read more Batman, and in hopes that we might get other collections from Fanjome like my favorite Comic character of Superman, in the future, heck Maybe even Marvel stuff would be cool, but for now I am happy with what I have gotten so far, only the first 3 months worth for me I think in a few days they will charge me for month 3, so yeah no art prints for me either yet and they told me the same thing, I think it us funny you would think that they would have automatically printed enough to go with every month 2 package they print since it is a free bonus no matter whattier you get, but oh well, no big deal for me personally I will take them when they do shop and such.
