Thank you David for introducing me to these beautiful tunes by O'Carolan. I didn't know them before I heard you playing them. Fanny Power has now become one of my most favourite tunes ever 😊👍.

Maybe they are all "Fanny" someone. One is Fanny Crosby the blind (prolific) hymn writer.

That's French actress Fanny Valette, most of the pics in the video are of people named Fanny.
