It’s not really a build....in training mode, there is an option called "No Cd" which basically means no cd and no energy/mana (energy is the yellow thing ) run out.

Before engaging combat, try using 1 time her 2nd skill, so all the next ones costs 2 times less, and avoid (this is an important point) using useless cables..another advice, don’t engage combat when there are minions , because Fanny will target them and use her energy (mana). Finally, there is a tip, after hitting an enemy 2 times or more with your 2nd skill or ultimate, the 1st skill (if landed on that enemy) won’t cost any energy....that’s all i hope that was helpful
