Good job on the video and show casing the parking and unit! Are you sure management will allow tandem parking against the wall like that? Wouldn't that block cars turning the corner?

Good observation. Parking a third car in tandem there seems to block easement to the panels on the wall and may pose safety or convenience issues for the car park. The line drawings also do not indicate this spot as tandem parking. Prospective buyers should check management bylaws very carefully on this point.
