The concept goes hard but vegeta would have been cooked. His power level was stated to be around 250,000 before he got dende to heal him. At best he would have been about 1mil. Even with super saiyan, frieza would have been over twice as strong as him and he'd have lost. Only way he could win is to go all out in a single burst before Frieza can power up(which he's too prideful to do) or tire him out so that his power level drops

Vegeta would be 2 mil _minimum,_ and with that he's cooking Frieza easily as a SSJ due to not letting him reach full power. And even Full Power Frieza is done if Vegeta was able to eclipse 2.5 mil in base, which could have possibly been the case since Goku was augmenting his 3 mil base with Kaioken throughout the fight with Frieza (which would explain him faring much better than Vegeta even if their base power levels were close).

Imagine if someone were to make a whole story about a freeza solider who trains under every member of the freeza army until he gets to become so strong that afterwards freeza himself asks him for help to fight against goku, vegeta, beerus and whis. Plus the idea of that also helps on dp battles since if you can get comfy with less popular characters you can pretty much beat anyone with any character in the game. Afterall if it's just like in the tenkaichi series we all knew and loved, you can play any character you want and most combos are still done the same way.

when i first saw this feature announced i thought it was because they knew they'd never be able to reach fan expectations on the wacky what ifs old dragon ball games had with the high quality standards that this game was pushing, so they went all in on letting us do this ourselves. but like, the story mode lets you go completely off the rails and diverge through long alternate routes. they totally satisfied what most fans were probably expecting with just the story mode, so like, they just gave us the most in depth player content tools i've ever seen because they fucking could!

I'm super hyped for this mode because it allows me "change" some canon events that I never liked. Now I'm creating my own version of the Tournament of Power and even though I've already published the prologue of the story, I think I'll delete it in order to publish it again in a better format. If, and I stress the IF part, I were to fully commit to this story, there's also the possibility that *ShareFactory could play a part in it. *ShareFactory is a PS5 edit system that allows to modify videos and photos directly from the PS5 itself, which is also how people like me manage to post videos on KZbin without relying on computers.

This video has got me so hyped to get my hands on this game!!! Inspiration struck and I wrote a baseline intro for a what-if the broly movie happened during the ToP with Kale. I hope you enjoy “Kale’s Heartbreak” Frieza makes an attempt to get Jiren eliminated. While Caulifla and Goku were fighting, Jiren was consumed by thoughts of Goku’s rising power. Rather than let these thoughts fester he decided to cut them at the root. He aimed a powerful blast at Goku meant to knock him off the ring even in his strongest form. This is when Frieza struck. Using as much power as he could muster he utilized his psycho kinetic powers, moving Jiren’s hand just a fraction, but enough. The blast hurtled towards a weakened Caulifla instead, scorching her and launching her hard into the tournaments center column. She was broken. Dead on impact. Spectators and combatants alike froze in disbelief. All but one. Kale rushed to Caulifla’s side, desperately trying to find signs of life. Tears flowed endlessly as her grief was screamed through the silent arena. That is, until they began to turn to steam. A competing voice finally rung out - The Grand Priest. “Jiren the Gray was determined to be guilty of killing another participant and shall be eliminated immediately.” As the announcement ended, a shockwave erupted from the center of the arena. Energy and dust rippled out, forcing everyone to stand their ground and eliminating weaker combatants on the spot. Before the shockwave touched him, Jiren was teleported to the stands. He was forced to watch as a silhouette formed at the dust clouds center. The figures glowing green eyes pierced through the smokescreen, filled with nothing but heartbreak and rage. Frieza’s ploy was a success. He eliminated the strongest fighter in the tournament. But from the ashes of his victory a new demon is born.

Still tryna learn how to do everything with this mode but it’s a lot of fun making up your own what ifs and stuff. I can definitely see the potential for meme stuff as well as good serious content. What I really like about this mode tho is that you can just save it and continue later. I started making my own where vegeta is the saiyan raised on earth and goku comes in to take trunks away wearing his saiyan armor lol. It won’t be an easy fight either cause I stacked goku with health and stuff and made the player kinda weak so it’s actually challenging. I’m still figuring out the dialogue and stuff but what I have so far is looking really promising. The only thing that’s still confusing is the battle effect triggers, so my first one might not have them but the story is gonna be good. I always wanted to make up my own little side stories for dbz and now we have that ability. I just wish they would add more characters for like side scenes, people like videl super version, chi chi, puar, oolong. It would make it so much better, as well as some kind of recently used tab for names and maybe a search option.
