um matrix both the wraps u got were animated it says 'speed' under the wrap color menu speed by default is 0 which is why it seems that it isnt animated if you change the speed then the wrap moves (this only applies to animated wraps. u know a wrap is animated if it has a little play button next to it in the wrap menu)
