To be honest I think we as Sligo and Galway fans overhype our derby, it is huge, the only two clubs in the province, one is North Connacht the other is South, but I can't imagine any actual hate between the clubs, Galway and Sligo never have any interaction they're so far apart it's not like Galway vs Mayo in the GAA where the banter is constant and year round due to proximity 😂
