To the fans that say he didn’t play that good let me put into context for you new age soccer fans just what Messi has done. He leaves PSG after helping them secure a title and he had a major impact on games that ended up saving their title, Won the WC with a much overmatched Argentina team against the who’s who on France, Gets to Miami at the end of July to a team that’s missing multiple players from injury, missing 2 of there best players, they’re the worst team in the MLS and hadn’t won since May he then Carries this same team with poor quality and poor form to a Final. In 7 games he’s equaled the total goals the team scored in all 22 of there games. Maybe besides Cruz Azul every opponent they played had a better team, Football/Soccer isn’t Basketball, 1 player “USUALLY” can’t completely change a soccer team. What should scare all you die hard MLS fans is this “Tournament” was used as a mini pre season camp for Messi, Busi, and Alba 😂 Give these players another 15-20 games with Messi and see how good this team is compared to what you just watched against Nashville. They’re getting more healthy still gonna miss the majority of guys with ACL injuries (insane bad luck), Casuals (MLS Fans) who don’t watch soccer outside of MLS don’t even know what acouple young Argentineans will add to this team too Y’all are F’D!! 😂
