She's dead. Nairobi and her talk about the afterlife and Nairobi says "your memory lives on". And so these are/were her memories. Nairobi and her had a plan that if all things go to shits they'd think about the last memory that made them really happy. Nairobi thinking about her son, Tokyo thinking about the dance with Rio. Her past life lives on metaphysically, same as Berlin's and Nairobi's and Moscow's memories live on and we are just watching them relive it over and over again - and we technically can, because we can always rewatch the series again and again, experiencing the loop that lives on. Next season, we're gonna see the series as it is, as it happens, it's the present time in a space and time after her death.

No lol, There is a possibility that tokyo is alive: Take a look what im about to explain- The ending scene shows tokyo had 4 grenades on her chest and blast happens, before this i would like to explain a bond between tokyo and grenades ( 1st scene, when arturo take over guns and hides in arsenal room with other hostages there were shortage of guns and grenades outside to fight back arturo then only tokyo remembers where she can find grenades and guns then she rans towards banks security section and there were specifically more grenades than guns in whole almirah, and there she wore that grenade belt which blew up in last shot) (2nd scene which makes tokyo and grenades bond stronger is when gandia throws a grenade towards Tokyo's side and tokyo jumps and catches that grenade and throws back it to other side this scene also tells that tokyo knows how to play with grenades pretty well) And after this i would like to explain specifically two types of grenade among all, 1st time delay grenade(Boxy texture) which blasts after 4-6 sec delay after releasing the safety pin. 2nd an impact grenade(Bulb shape plain texture) which requires some amount of centrifugal force and then an impact to make a blast happen, only safety pin release doesn't lead to blast in impact grenades. So now comes to the last scene, we know that fact tokyo was somewhat active that means that she survived all the gunshots, in last scene tokyo had impact grenade on her chest not delay grenades, so my theory is in that scene tokyo tricked gandia with those grenade tokyo releases the safety pins of grenade but remember impact is necessary, so gandia sees those grenade and orders to get back cover then im assuming tokyo throws the grenade belt in air and runs in dumping area of kitchen, denver and other gang member already prepared some cushioning at the bottom simultaneously and nothing goes waste what gang members do. Hence, Tokyo is alive. And I'm not saying she's back she barely survive from there and her health is critical so they have to hand over her to outside for her life or something like this and she ends up in the prison and after that she narrates this story this one is also the possibility so we wont be able to see her in further episodes and that was her last day on set so they also said good bye to her in behind the scenes(Documentary) on netflix and they showed us that to make the death more believable and most ironic &shocking thing for last season will be that tokyo survived(not that she died awwwwww im not interested in this season anymore she was my favorite basically killing the excitement for remaining part) and in that behind the scenes(Documentary)she also said i survived. she is stronger than anyone we have already seen her comeback from great gunshots, plus you can add so much to my theory that it seems real, the wink 😉of tokyo to gandia a wink to an enemy always been a sign of smart move, the way of shots shown, and most of the bullet fired by gandia hits the bulletproof vest, plus continuous calling of professor to jump, and it was tokyo who forced denver and manila to go down and lay cushions so that she'll jump i think she thought of this already in her mind. Basically in volume 2,we are getting our tissues ready and still the suspense of how they make it out. Also I don't think all the crew were wiped out, Sagasta took cover and it was only gandia that was directly about Tokyo and he called to the others,probably they take cover. Also we still have sierra who we are not yet sure of her allegiance to the professor,some may still be up her sleeve,clear her name and still get the crew,I doubt she'll snitch tho

I personally learn a lot of things from the characters in the drama series Money Heist. My favorite character is Professor. He is a focused, well-organized person who used his own talents as well as what he learned from the books that he read and past experiences he gained through his life journey. Even if you lose one of your plans, you have another plan to work in. No one under you will not get lost within the journey as all of them aware of the plans. He just wants to inform them of the mission code. So he used to teach the team ahead of the task with the clarity and the peace of the mind. You can learn from him. Isn't it.

Presented with all of the evidence, from within the show and without, you have to believe that Tokyo is dead. I believe that’s what we SHOULD conclude from what we’ve seen. Her narration of her final moments was prophetic and beautiful and there’s really no way to argue that she’s not dead. HOWEVER… Something Berlin said still haunts me. “That girl is a survivor.” She was made for this moment. If anyone could or should survive the chaos of these final scenes, it’s Tokyo. It’s not rational. It’s emotional. And that’s why it’s entirely possible.

Yep she is alive. Just watch the behind the scenes video which shows a glimpse of ultimate scene showing Marsella in red suit and Tokyo fighting alongside him. The only character missing from the team in that scene is Nairobi who is confirmed dead. The next episode will be sort of like a "What If" scenario and reel rolling back and Tokyo actually escaping.

Tokyo must have escaped from the hole which Rio was making in ceiling. When Tokyo showed pins to Gandia , she actually gave him some seconds to run so that she could escape from hole. If she had no choice of escape & wanted to kill Gandia on the spot then she probably wouldn't have shown pins to him.

The gift her ex boyfriend gave her was a samurai in a snow globe. Samurai's will do a "honor killing" when they fear defeat so the person that wanted to kill them will not get the satisfaction of killing them which is exactly what Gandia wanted from the moment he met Tokyo, he wanted to kill her but she just took herself out and him with a cheeky wink. It's all connected to this moment when you pay attention. There is no way she could remove the grenades from her body that quick especially being wounded that badly. She is 100% dead.

I am 50/50 about her death. I think her role is over but I wouldn't be surprised if they tricked the viewers with a plot twist. The reason I think she might not be dead is that she narrated the story. She was narrating the story of their heist until the moment she was on the floor when Gandia found her body. My only guess it was all Stockholm's hallucination because she began seeing Arturo. The show shows her losing her consciousness at the end.

Look this could be happened. when Gandia found that she has removed the pins, & the scene ends with a blast.this could happen - Tokyo removed the band in which grenades are stuck & throw on Gandia, then she jumped off the elevator, quickly. So that when it was showing that trashes are coming out of the elevators, the next scene would be Tokyo coming out of that. Just an imagination, hoping She could survive. Even last time when Gandia threw the grenade, she threw it back. This may be possible.
