Personally, I wouldn't give the job to a young manager that just got double promotion, especially if this guy is actually looking for this big jump instead of making more sustainable progress and showing his qualities in PL. To me, you need to be level headed, realistic, ambitious and courageous and honest. OGS said "I know I am the right manager for this team"

Let me explain why tenhag got the sack He was regularly turning up to post match interviews telling the football world that his team had controlled the match and played well. This after his team had been played off the park by the opponent. When quizzed about his team facing record number of shots on their goal he would say it did not bother him. It was like he watched an entirely different match to everyone else. If you were the owner you would see that this guy is delusional. He may have survived if he had admitted the team had played poorly and insisted he would address the issues and improve. The owner would be thinking, how will tenhag fix the problems if he can't even see what they are. tenhag was living in a different reality to the rest of us. That is why they have sacked him.

This season Ten Hag has finished 8th, fallen out with players and we’re playing shocking football. He changed his mind about the manager just like some of the fans have as well. The point is he’s not good enough. It’s better to change managers than get rid of players because it’s cost more money and there on ridiculous contracts which makes it more difficult to terminate. We’ve also seen in the past that actual coaches can make these players play a lot better. Is it criminal to change your minds now? I don’t get some of you fans honestly.
