My house is 2012, 5 bedrooms, 3.25 baths, 2800 SQFT. My old house was 1948, 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, and 1400 SQFT.

Only have one outlet and no wiring in the ceiling. It's ticking just because it's unbalanced.

I don't have central A/C either, because my house is very old, and it's been in my town since the 1890's. After my dad bought the house, the ceiling fans didn't get installed until later on. After my parents were married in 2003, they lived in the same house together. The ceiling fan in the parlor was replaced since 2013 I think. I can't remember the brand of it, because it's been a long time since the house was built.
