Lol this video is a serious overreaction. Flick is definitely optimizing what he has and the point is him using inexperienced players well he doesn’t have a choice in the matter . Also he is still in the top 2 in both the Champions League and La Liga . The main issues you spoke of are things he can’t fix necessarily. Some of you are just lucky to be in front of the camera, because, honestly, you know nothing about football. If you can sit there to criticise Flick this way because of a few bad result - like he's one newbie coach somewhere - then you shouldn't be in that studio. This is Flick's first season at Barca. Looking a the squad he has, Barca should not even be in the title race with the likes of Madrid & Atletico, but he carried that team, without adding a new player, and got them to start playing well. Don't forget a lot of coaches didn't want that Barca job because there was no money, but Flick took it still. One of them is even there saying Bayern fired Flick. Imagine the rubbish! Pls respect the man. He is a great coach, and he will definitely fix the issues the team is experiencing.
