First, we need a good striker. I've said this many times and I'll keep saying it. It'll be hard to survive this second half of the season without a good striker. Secondly, Chelsea seriously need to do something about the backline. Our goalkeepers suffer because our backline obviously don't do their job properly. Our midfield is not really bad but suffer because we can't covert goal scoring chances and our defence always found wanting. I believe Maresca is having a bit of selection problems from a naive backline and a lack lustre front line. Finally, he now needs to change his tactical approaches. They've discovered his weaknesses. There's still time for a come back to winning ways.
