When she talks of fasting...sounds like she is speaking about celibacy too. I tried fasting for 7 days straight....ingesting nothing but water...praying, meditating, affirmations/declarations, visualizations and I couldn't make it past 5 days...so the fact that Fantasia did it for 7 months straight....girl..I tip my hat to you, cuz it shole ain't easy
