Anime is too wacky and out-of-this world - the comedy, the hair colors, the expressions, etc., and translating it to live-action would immediately come across as cringy and completely inaccurate. Unless you use an anime that's pretty real life-inspired like Rorouni Kenshin.

In my opinion them having the actual hair color would look stupid af, like what junior high in japan has that, and besides its called LIVE action, you dont expect some teenagers in japans highschools with blue, green, red colored hairs, though still some aspects have dissapointed me, the thing with them having colored hair is dumb af.

I know im years late but guys we know they could've made the movie better but this was probably the best they could do especially when some workers of the anime are very underpayed. Imagine all of the money they would have to spend renting a place, getting good actors to play the characters, the cgi of koro-sensei, this was probably the best they could do though it isnt the best for you its the best to some people like me who watched this first coincidentally and thats how i got into the anime.
