Hi Melody. Thank you so much for your vids. You are very much appreciated! When I upgraded to the Cricut explore Air 2 from HSN launch, I too noticed the score lines were not adequate. After talking with Cricut, they said they were aware that some machines did have this problem and advised me to return it which I did. I decided to wait until the next HSN 24hr craft day to repurchase my Air 2 and I'm glad I did! My new Cricut Air 2 scores perfectly as it Should! There was definitely a problem with some of the original batches of Air 2's. Their customer service is amazing and they are always willing to help us! Have an awesome day:)

I see this video is 3 years old but at least it showed me how to fold the card! I am new to card making and just got a cricut maker. I spend time on youtube trying to learn tricks. I find the cricut access projects fun but lacking in directions 90% of the time.

Awesome video for a terrific cartridge. Once DS3 is released, I'd like to see how to add decorative panels to the cards. For whatever reason, these were not included on the cartridge. Thanks for the inspiration, you always have great ideas for these cartridges. And one more thing, I'm obsessed with that black and white striped desktop! Beautifully original!!!

Hi Melody, I did add layers. I wish I could upload a pic, but cannot right now. LOVE FLIP CARDS! I made clear windows on some and "glitterer" pieces on others. They all came out beautiful... of course I used themed paper as well.... :) fun fun fun...

I purchased the Explore Air 2 and was very disappointed the the score is such a high mark. , especially when I make cards. Thanks for pointing that out as I thought I was being too picky. Looking forward to more videos! Thanks!

Hi Melody. I bought at my cricut store, the Anna's Griffin Fantastic Flip Oval and even when I have been doing complex cards for years, I don't understand the directions for the ribbon and the bow. I would really appreciate if you make a video with that card. Thanks!

Thank you for doing this, I have this digital cart and had trouble figuring out where to put the writing, also I wanted to use patterned paper on the outside flaps (like Anna's examples) but those extras were not included in the cart. Any help with that would be appreciated.

Thanks for this video, Melody. In a future video on this cartridge, could you cover some things like the actual cutting in Design Space? Things like sizing, since there are so many choices beyond the flips that the dies version had. Also the writing, and various places to write on this card in DS. There are so many options with this cartridge, that if a person had not had the die versions, it could all be very confusing. Love all your videos.

I have the same problem trying to figure out where I want things to go on the flip cards. Can you go over how to get the writing on the back side?

I bought this last winter on HSN & sadly, have used it very seldom. If I remember correctly, it was really difficult to figure out how large to size the card for the various envelope sizes. And no matter how good you are at making these cards, they don't compare to the ones Anna made using her special paper. My double sided papers usually look odd when making these cards.

I had this in my cart but when I went to buy it it sold out and didn't appear in my order. :(. I was sad. They did refund my money but that wasn't what I wanted! I'm waiting for it to come back in stock or on Cricut.

Melody, how did you get the wording on your card like that? It looks flushed to it or I guess directly on it. Not like a piece cut then pasted to the card.

Melody Lane Thanks I think I am confusing myself. I have written on a card before but to get it on the front of your card you have to always write then cut another shape to glue on it. I was confused, sorry, you wrote inside ;-) Thanks for the reply.
