FANTASTIC trip to amazing Kjerringøy in northern Norway - Juli 2022 - Drone Bodø - 4K

Located around 40 km north of Bodø, Norway, you find the amazing Kjerringøy with the old trading post from the 1800's. Featured in several films an TV-series (Telegrafisten, Hver gang vi møtes) this place is just a wonderful place with a beautiful scenery and history.
The trading post, Kjerringøy handelssted, is now conserved and listed and is part of Nordland museum, Nordlandsmuseet. nordlandsmusee...
I went there on a beautiful summer day in July 2022 with my drone and my phone, to capture the beauty of this place from above as well as from the ground.

This peninsula is a perfect example on how many roads end suddenly because of water or elevations of land. If you were to go north you would have to drive back and up again on a road further east. If around in Norway always bring along this extra time needed. The museum, landscape and villages are sure worth much extra mileage.
