Great review, Ken & crew. I had a similar experience when i first saw the book and just had to pick it up. The publisher deserves much praise for the production values, from the frosted slip cover to the gold 'leaf' throughout. Riddell's other kid's hardbacks (Goth Girl) are equally well produced above and beyond the expected. And I also loved the story. You sum it up well.
