Amazing, this discussion could go on for 3 more hours and I would enjoy it. I like the part about containing the fantasy, to see how it plays out. Its again kind of holding the tension of the opposites, but what sometimes happens to me, is that with time it becomes even more appealing, so I know its not some fluke. Also did you see hbo euphoria? That would be a very interesting talk!

Great episode! It used to confuse me, to have fantasies and not know if it needed to come out into reality. Through trial and error I have been able to know when a fantasy is best left in fantasyland. I even tell my own subconscious, “this one I want to birth into reality!” Or “This one is just a fantasy and I do not want to create it in my life.” 😂
