@@SleepyR6alt 13 shulker boxes isn't a lot tbh. To drain an ocean monument you need around 30-40 shulkers of sand, plus additional 10 of glass and possibly additional 10 to build whatever you wanna build there. 13 shulkers is nothing

Thank you! I enjoyed building it. The only way I see this tutorial improving a bit is to have a small "coming up" tracker for upcoming materials. I ended up having to run back and forth a lot when new materials were brought into the mix suddenly.

For those who do decide to build this castle, you only need half the sea lanterns listed in the material list and generally just need a light source block of some sort for those who rather use glowstone or something similar since the blocks will be covered up.

I love the design but I'm thinking if I were to build in my world I would want to replace the stone with some base with something a bit more colorful that still fits with the deepslate roof. I also love that you read my mind and left space for a storage room. I was literally looking through your various designs to think which one I would want as my storage room!

Love this build so much! used it on a surver I play on , but I swiched some materials as I wanted to use the new cherry blossom. Also modified the chest room a bit, adding a middle part with a staircase and created an underground room for all my farms. Really love how you took the time to explain everything. no problem. and I believe it did yes, as it is a light pinkl it wasn't too bad, and mixed in with the rest of the colors it worked well too. I did switched up some placed with the mangrove wood tho. and used dark oak all around for pillars etc. these were really the 3 main wood color I used. don't think I used any other ones. At first it will look a bit much, but with everythign else and decorations around, it looked good, in my opinion :p @@chillranga

Since im playing modded minecraft, classic storage is practically useless to me. What I did is that I duplicated the whole thing into the empty space behind the chests. I got a really big room for anything I could want. The tutorial is amazing and it really fits the theme

I've been slowly building this on Sky Factory 3. 1.10 is such an older version, I've had to get creative with alternate materials at times, but it's a really neat catle in the sky. I ran into issues with mobs spawning in the building, so I just put a mega torch under one of the floors and that stops mobs in a 64 block radius.

Snow blocks don't melt on Java Edition, I don't know about Bedrock. You can use white concrete instead of snow if you like.

Noice, I'm making this so far and I'm mostly just following ur instructions with a few liberties of my own like making the polished deepslate square be alternated with deepslate tiles (like the crest of the entrance roof) for a more varied pattern there instead of the very cubey all-polished deepslate look, and quartz pillars instead of bone blocks which I know is Part 2 stuff, but am kinda just gone back here coz' I'm making this for two servers kekw

I'm also on console and everything he's done so far has been completely doable. If you are getting a gap somewhere than you made a mistake on something before that part. Check to make sure everything is where it was instructed to go.
