I think you got the HotStreak progression wrong. You will receive the reward, once you hit the level limit. You don't have to wait untill the end, or claim it before and give up your progress. However you won't receive the same reward in 2 consecutive game weeks.

I can tell you how much : £0. $0. 0 Euro. Zero. The MLS won't have a prize pool like Champ Euro leagues for 2 reasons, 1... MLS isn't as bigger sell as Champ Euro. 2... it has a beat the game mode. Just because someones views aren't aligned with yours, it doesn't mean they are inherently therefore paid to say it.
